If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at info@2003gallery.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
- your order number
- photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
- a short description of the issue

If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, please contact us before sending anything back. Do not send items back without prior approval.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided by us.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the return has been received and reviewed.

Original shipping costs and fulfilment-related costs may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
